What This Service Covers

We assess the floor material, existing finish, traffic and exposure to water or grease before recommending a treatment. Cleaning removes slippery residues first. On suitable tile, stone, concrete and pavers, options may include a material-compatible traction treatment or textured protective finish. Resilient flooring and wood require finish-compatible products and manufacturer guidance, not the chemicals used on masonry. A small test area helps evaluate traction, appearance and compatibility before treating the agreed areas. We discuss drying or curing requirements and leave a care routine suited to the chosen system.
