Surface Specialty

Natural Stone

Marble, travertine, limestone, slate and granite cleaning, sealing, stain treatment and maintenance in the Houston area.

About Natural Stone

Natural stone is the most expensive surface in most buildings and the one most often damaged by well-meaning cleaning. Acidic cleaners etch marble and limestone. Generic sealers trap moisture in travertine. Aggressive pads dull a polished finish in a single pass.

We identify the stone and the existing finish first, then clean with pH-appropriate chemistry, treat staining according to what caused it — organic, oil, rust, or etch damage each require a different approach — and re-seal with an impregnator matched to the porosity of the material.

For lobbies, hotel bathrooms and residential entries, we also set up a maintenance routine your own housekeeping team can follow safely, so the investment holds between our visits.

What This Service Covers

Every step is selected for the specific stone — the cleaner, the sealer, the pad and the method — because the wrong product does damage that cleaning cannot undo.

Why It Matters

Stone is porous and chemically sensitive. Correct cleaning and sealing protect a surface that is expensive and, in many cases, impossible to match if it has to be replaced.

Our Process

A focused workflow built around clean prep, durable materials, and a finished surface that is ready for daily use.
