Resilient Flooring

Resilient flooring is everywhere in commercial buildings because it is tough and affordable — but it lives or dies on its finish. Once the factory wear layer or the applied finish dulls, the traffic lanes darken, soil grinds into the surface, and the floor starts reading as 'old' even though the material has years of life left.

We restore resilient floors rather than replace them: deep scrub, full strip-and-refinish for VCT, burnishing schedules for high-gloss areas, and manufacturer-appropriate cleaning for LVT and LVP that will not void a warranty or leave the plank edges swelling.

For property managers, the win is predictability. A restored floor on a maintenance program holds its appearance between quarterly visits instead of degrading month over month until replacement is the only option left.
