Tile & Grout

Full tile and grout restoration for floors, showers, backsplashes and high-traffic commercial surfaces across Greater Houston.

About Tile & Grout

Tile rarely fails — grout does. Ninety percent of the floors and showers we are called out to look 'worn' because the joints between the tile are stained, cracked, or missing, not because the tile itself is finished. That is good news, because grout can be cleaned, replaced, sealed, and color-corrected for a fraction of what a tear-out and replacement costs.

Our tile and grout work covers the full range: truck-mounted deep cleaning with heat and controlled extraction, mechanical removal and replacement of failing joints, epoxy grouting where chemicals and traffic destroy cement grout, penetrating and color sealing to lock the finish in, and complete wet-area restoration for showers and tub surrounds where water has found a way behind the tile.

We work in occupied homes, restaurant kitchens between services, hotel corridors overnight, and medical suites where cleanliness is audited. The scope is always written before we start so you know exactly which joints are being replaced and which are simply being cleaned.

What This Service Covers

We diagnose the joint condition first, then match the work to it — cleaning where grout is sound, regrouting where it has failed, epoxy where the environment is punishing, and sealing so the result holds.

Why It Matters

Open grout joints let water and grime travel under the tile, which is how a cosmetic problem becomes a subfloor problem. Restoring the joints protects the installation and costs a fraction of replacement.
