Concrete

Concrete looks indestructible and behaves like a sponge. It is porous, so oil, hydraulic fluid, tire marks, battery acid and years of traffic soak in rather than sit on top — which is why mopping a warehouse slab accomplishes almost nothing.

Our concrete work starts with pulling contamination out of the slab: hot pressure washing, alkaline degreasing, poultice treatment for deep oil, and mechanical scrubbing where the surface has glazed over. Once the slab is genuinely clean, it can be sealed, coated with epoxy, or restriped.

We handle warehouse floors, back-of-house areas, garage decks, loading docks and exposed interior slabs. For facilities with safety requirements, fresh line striping and traffic markings go down as part of the same mobilization.
