Are you insured?

Yes. Floor Doctors is fully insured with $2,000,000 liability insurance to protect your home and to give you peace of mind.

What services do you provide?

Floor Doctors offers the services of tile and grout cleaning, sealing, recaulking, regrouting, and repair to residential and commercial clients.

What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm PST.

Pricing and Payment

How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?

We require payment upon completion of service. We accept most major credit cards, debit card payments and payment by check.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes. You can purchase a Floor Doctors gift certificate for just about any occasion.

My Appointment

What should I expect on my first appointment?

We will arrive at your home and will be equipped with all the cleaning material, tools, and equipment needed to thoroughly restore your tile surfaces. 

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

The best way to prepare for your cleaners is to remove any personal items out of the work area. That way the cleaners can focus their efforts on cleaning up dirt and grime, not putting things in their places.

Do I need to be home the day of cleaning?

Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. Regardless of your schedule, you are certain to receive superior housekeeping service - guaranteed!

Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?

If you anticipate needing to change an appointment time, ideally, we would like a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We'll move your visit to another, more convenient time or if you wish, cancel it all together.
